An authentic heart for women

“Speaking isn't a polished stage performance. It's a shared, honest conversation about where God meets us in our real, imperfect lives.”

Her Story

An adoptee's journey of faith, hope, and perseverance

A short look at Diane's life and calling — then the themes she brings into the room.

Diane Gray is a Christian women's speaker and author based in Eastern North Carolina. Her story begins with adoption — and continues through the longer work of identity, belonging, and trust in God when answers take years.

After her adoptive parents passed, Diane began the search for her biological family. DNA tests, waiting, and unanswered questions became part of a path that eventually led toward reunion. Along the way she wrote Faith, Hope & Perseverance: An Adoptee's Journey To Finding Her Biological Family (Outskirts Press, 2020).

Today she shares that story with women's retreats, pregnancy-center banquets, churches, and civic gatherings. Organizers invite her when the room needs a true account of searching, waiting, and holding on to hope — told with sincerity rather than a polished performance.
